Terms and Conditions

Kindly read the Terms & Conditions before you participate in the contest. Tiny Baby Little Diva 2017 (hereinafter ‘Contest’) is subject to the following Terms & Conditions (hereinafter ‘Terms’).

1. This contest is organized by Tiny Baby (hereinafter referred to as Sponsor), having its registered office at 112, Ashish Industrial Estate, Gokhale Road (S), Dadar (W), Mumbai -25.
2. This contest is open only to legal residents of the territory of India.
3. This contest is open for girls in the age group of 1-13 years only.
4. The entries to this contest will open on 1st October, 2017 and close on 31st December, 2017 during which photo entries will be uploaded on the Sponsor’s Fan Page at www.facebook.com/TinyBabyIndia
5. Contest rules to qualify as a valid entry:
   • Like sponsor’s Page on Facebook
   • Upload the photo of your little girl, wearing the sponsor’s garment on the sponsor’s fan page.
   • Mention the name & the age of participant, shop name and use the #LittleDiva2017.
   Entries without all the above details will not be considered eligible for the contest.
6. Winner to be declared on 8th January, 2018. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to choose the winners.
7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Do's & Don'ts

1. Parents that upload their daughter’s images, often fail to LIKE our Facebook page. As all the announcements will be made via Facebook, parents are kindly requested to ensure that they LIKE us to receive latest updates.
2. DO NOT send contest entries via Facebook direct messages as they WON’T be considered as a valid entry. Participants are requested to post entries on TINY BABY Facebook Page ONLY to qualify for the contest.
3. DO NOT upload your daughter’s images on your Facebook Wall. The photos are to be posted to Tiny Baby Facebook Page.
